Love these things! I used them and were a cinch to install and they store in the glovebox. Couldn’d be happier with them. Let it snow.

I’m stoked that this little gadget will help streamline my mountain ventures this season. I grew weary of “bungeeing” my skis to the roof rack as I never really trusted the safety or the security. This portable ski carrier mounts quickly and will lock with a padlock. Its small enough that I can stow it in my Subaru’s tiny rear cargo pocket and for the price, I’m getting one as a stocking stuffer for my son this Christmas.

I am not a frequent skier so this works great, so it took a bit over a minute.. but pretty close. Just a tip: when you take the skis down to store it just take off the strap then loosen the knob enough to slide the skis and rack off the rack cross bar (but dont take it off). Then I secured the strap around the cap and skis(with the Raxstars on the skis – will make sense after you have it in hand I suspect..). Then when I do want to ski everthing will be ready to go – ok maybe I am a bit of a efficiency freak, but it makes it simple.

Got enough going on in the snow – these Raxstars are simple, no hassle and way easy to store.
